Payments, Shipping & Returns

Payment options:

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our secure online shopping cart. Credit cards are processed securely through our Braintree Merchant Account. When paying via Paypal, you are automatically re-directed to their website during checkout to complete your payment. We are not able accept checks or money orders.


We ship out your order via the shipping method requested on the online order. If the item cannot be shipped per the requested method, you will be contacted via email. If choosing postal method for your order we pack and deliver to the Post Office five days a week, Monday thru Friday.


To make the process as streamline as possible please contact us directly to setup an RMA and so we can answer any questions about your return you may have. We reserve the right to charge a handling and restocking fee. Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, and returned to us in the manufacturer’s original packaging. We will not accept returns for a refund after 30 days, only store credits will be issued for parts returned after 30 days. After 60 days there are no returns accepted, even for store credit. There are absolutely no returns on electrical, special order, or used parts.

IMPORTANT: Please contact us first to get authorization before returning any item(s). You must send the enclosed RMA form that came with your order back with any returned items for an accurate and speedy processing of your refund.

International Orders:

We are happy to ship anywhere in the world, via US postal Priority Mail International only. Our online shopping cart is setup to allow you to submit an international order, but we still have to manually calculate postage costs.
